At ShopComm, we are constantly striving for innovation. To meet clients' increasing demand for large-scale in-store advertising, brand activation and other retail solutions, our IT division has recently launched a monitoring application system to meet that demand.

At ShopComm, we are constantly striving for innovation. To meet clients' increasing demand for large-scale in-store advertising, brand activation and other retail solutions, our IT division has recently launched a monitoring application system to meet that demand.

We have developed SMAS, a reporting system used to monitor the activity of our field operators, who are stationed in each store throughout the country of Indonesia, for our in-store media clients. This system is an all-in-one management solution for in-store media installation, maintenance and dismantling. The application allows our field operators to submit pictures of all media installations in our store. This will greatly improve the quality and accuracy of our installation reports, as well as providing conclusive proof for our clients. Currently, our reporting system in Indonesia covers about 800 stores nationwide.

We have also been running a POSM Deployment Monitoring System for the past two years. Our clients are able to access the POSM deployment reports using this monitoring system. We cover over 500,000 merchants countrywide, so our clients can be confident that their operations are continuously being monitored. We also provide Activation Monitoring, through an app we developed four years ago, for all events and brand activation campaigns that we manage. Activation Monitoring is a useful tool for assessing brand impact by better understanding the number of trials, list of personal contacts and the number of product takeaways.

Our IT division have also created a robust monitoring system for Sales and Stock Monitoring. This monitoring system is specifically designed to meet the requirements of our field force services. Our merchandisers use this technology to gather data on the performance of the products for our clients. Retail execution and sales performances will be shown in all data obtained by the application. Since we started utilizing this tool, our field team has covered more than 50,000 retail outlets.
