Summary

The Affiliate Community & Social Media Officer will oversee community and social media management, with a strong focus on managing affiliate programs and content creation across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years of media sales experience, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage affiliates community.
  • Plan and execute affiliates campaigns.
  • Oversee social media management.
  • Collaborate with influencers and KOLs.
  • Create analytical reports.
  • Innovate strategies to enhance engagement and sales.
  • Handle crisis management on social media.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling community, social media, and affiliate programs.
  • Prior experience in community and social media management is preferred.
  • Proficient in various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and affiliate marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Ability to create and manage social media content and host live commerce.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities to build relationships with affiliate communities.
  • Skilled in using campaign performance analytical tools to measure engagement and create community and social media reports.
  • Creative thinker who stays up-to-date with the latest trends to enhance community performance.
  • Able to work within deadlines, manage, and prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptable to changes and dynamic work environments.
