Summary

The Affiliate Community & Social Media Officer will oversee community and social media management, with a strong focus on managing affiliate programs and content creation across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years of media sales experience, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage affiliates community.

Plan and execute affiliates campaigns.

Oversee social media management.

Collaborate with influencers and KOLs.

Create analytical reports.

Innovate strategies to enhance engagement and sales.

Handle crisis management on social media.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling community, social media, and affiliate programs.

Prior experience in community and social media management is preferred.

Proficient in various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and affiliate marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, TikTok Shop, etc.).

Ability to create and manage social media content and host live commerce.

Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities to build relationships with affiliate communities.

Skilled in using campaign performance analytical tools to measure engagement and create community and social media reports.

Creative thinker who stays up-to-date with the latest trends to enhance community performance.

Able to work within deadlines, manage, and prioritize tasks.

Adaptable to changes and dynamic work environments.
